I'm trained in clinical nutrition and theological bioethics. My work is about exploring how systems, people, and meaning intersect to drive community wellbeing and whole-person health with a special focus on health equity. I’m a Colombian-American, mom of two, sometimes yoga teacher, enthusiastic wearer of eclectic jewelry, coffee aficionado, and aspiring avid gardener.
